Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

ClockThatTea respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines our procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement.

Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you believe that content on ClockThatTea infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

• • Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature as the copyright owner or authorized agent
• • Identification of Copyrighted Work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• • Identification of Infringing Material: Specific identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and sufficient information to locate the material (URL, post ID, etc.)
• • Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• • Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law
• • Accuracy Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• • Your physical or electronic signature
• • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
• • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• • A statement consenting to federal court jurisdiction in your district
• • A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant

Repeat Infringer Policy

ClockThatTea maintains a policy of terminating user accounts of repeat copyright infringers. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA takedown notices may have their accounts permanently suspended without prior warning.

Processing Timeline

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:

• • We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• • We will notify the user who posted the content
• • We will provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice
• • We will document the infringement for repeat infringer tracking

Platform Rights and Responsibilities

ClockThatTea acts as a neutral platform provider. We do not monitor content for copyright infringement and are not responsible for determining the validity of copyright claims. We respond to properly formatted DMCA notices as required by law. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have rights to any content they post.
